Specialized physicians are on-site to conduct all clinical studies. Our clinical research coordinators offer consistent personalized attention to each clinical trial that we undertake at the Institute. Physician Investigators Our specialized physicians lead the investigative process of each clinical study and are on site during the study to provide expert physician care. Connie Hamilton, RN, BSN, CCRC Site Director Ms. Hamilton is the Institute's Site Director. She is nationally certified as a Clinical Research Coordinator through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. Barbie Carlson-Thirud, RT, CDT Judith Miller, RN Study Coordinators Barbie and Judy coordinate MHRI studies as well as inpatient hospital studies. Additionally, Ms. Carlson-Thirud is the institute's Certified Bone Densitometry Technician. Nickie Burke Judy Leitheiser Administrative Staff Ms. Burke oversees the Institute's patient scheduling, patient records, correspondence, shipping and receiving and laboratory procedures. Ms. Leitheiser works closely with pharmaceutical companies and coordinates participant recruitment and advertising.
